Hi! My name is Paula, I am 25 years old. I live in the smallest part of the Philippines which they called Bicol Region. I am a Tourism Graduate and in fact worked in the food industry for like how many years. However, aside from servicing guests, I also wanted to service different client from the online world. I tried to become a call center agent before in a BPO company. I was a Technical Support representative, after the training and the knowledge that I acquired I tried to do some freelancing by being a virtual assistant in a small company here in our province and that was a success, my first task was to do some surveys so I did some calls, and it was really great. I transferred company and found that it will be my home for being a virtual assistant because I learned everything there. I've got some skills in data entry, telemarketing, chat support, email support, phone support, creating events,lead generation,Marketing, appointment setting, personal assistant and I also done some couple of itinerary for a clients and it was great! I've got to learn a lot of new things and share it to others. I also learned how to use different platforms such as Canva, google sheets,meetup, eventbrite, MS Office, startup digest, builtin, googlemybusiness and I have a basic knowledge with Wordpress in particular with creating events. I am full of enthusiasm, fast learner,versatile,flexible and can work with minimum supervision.
