Hi, I'm Paula — a Visual Strategy Virtual Assistant helping product-based small businesses look as cohesive and intentional as the products, they're actually selling.

My background:

I spent 17 years as a technical drafter, where precision, spec accuracy, and deadline-driven deliverables weren't optional — they were the entire job. I bring that same standard of care to design and branding work now. Since 2019, I've been building hands-on experience running my own design and e-commerce business, and since 2023 I've worked directly with freelance clients on branding, digital products, and e-commerce optimization across platforms like Etsy, Faire, Shopify, and print-on-demand.

I'm a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, and I bring the same attention to detail to every client relationship — clear communication, dependable turnaround, and a genuine investment in making your brand feel as strong as your product.

Work Terms

I want every project to feel collaborative, clear, and stress-free — for both of us. Here's how I work:

Communication: I respond within 24 hours on business days, and I'll always flag if a project timeline shifts as early as possible.
Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (specified per package/quote). Additional revisions beyond that are billed at my standard rate.
Payment: For project-based work, I require a deposit before starting, with the balance due upon delivery. For ongoing/retainer work, invoices are due at the start of each billing period.
Scope: Quotes are based on the scope discussed upfront. Additional requests outside that scope (new deliverables, added platforms, expanded timelines) will be quoted separately rather than absorbed into the original price — this keeps things fair for both of us.
Turnaround: Delivery timelines are provided with each quote and reflect the time needed to do quality, detail-oriented work — rush requests are welcome but may include an additional fee.
Files & Ownership: Final files are delivered upon full payment. Source/editable files are included where specified in your package.
