Process of Consultation:

Every engagement begins with a pre-consultative assessment by Business Renewal Partners with the client to ensure that we are the right business advisory firm for your situation. In this preliminary stage before we get started in the consulting process we take time to understand the beliefs and values of the individuals, families, programs, organizations or systems involved. If we are a good fit for your situation, we’ll proceed to an Engagement Agreement and get started working together.

Core to our process is our belief that problem solving is more effective when the client participates in the consulting process. Our advisors utilize proprietary methodologies and frameworks to guide the client to unlock their unique insights about the problem, create solutions, and execute the action plan.
