Strategic Finance / Business Analytics Professional

I currently work for the National Multiple Sclerosis as the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. My primary responsibilities include; society-wide financial reporting, budget development, forecasting, competitive intelligence and market analysis.

Prior to National MS Society I had a short stint at Clovis Oncology, a Boulder, CO based pharmaceutical company that specializes in targeted therapies for non-small cell lung and ovarian cancer. My role as the Manager, Global Market Planning and Competitive Intelligence was to plan and conduct all of the company’s market research and competitive intelligence activities.

Preceding Clovis Oncology I worked for Network Global Logistics, a transportation and logistics company headquartered in Broomfield, CO. My role as the Manager, Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence was to evaluate the company’s sales and marketing platform, in the hope of identifying gaps and proposing solutions to bolster profitability. I successfully presented to the company’s board of directors a targeted, healthcare focused, sales and marketing plan which eventually included; a multi-industry analysis, primary market research, development of sales collateral, CRM implementation, sales cycle analysis, development of a centralized pricing algorithm, establishment of an inside sales/account management department and an evaluation of the company’s Sales Incentive Compensation plan.

Before accepting a position at Network Global Logistics, I was the Associate Director, Commercial Operations at Accera, a Broomfield, Colorado based pharmaceutical company, specializing in therapies to help individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, I supported the executive management team and was responsible for all market research initiatives, assisted in the development of marketing strategy, sales operations, sales analytics, financial analysis, and business development.

I enjoy spending my free time with my kids, on the golf course and cooking.

Work Terms

My schedule fills up very quickly, however I will not compromise the quality of my work or the necessity meet deadlines. In regard to payment, I like to work on a per project basis, but will work hourly if that is the preference.
