I am a detail-oriented administrative professional based in South Africa with over 10 years of experience in data entry, invoice verification, spreadsheet management, record keeping, and back-office support.

My background includes restaurant operations, retail bookselling, online retail, and remote data work for TELUS Digital and Outlier.ai. Across these roles, I have entered and verified invoices, maintained accurate stock and payment records, generated reconciliation reports, processed payroll using Excel, and handled written customer correspondence.

I am best suited to structured, process-driven tasks that require accuracy and consistency. I enjoy repetitive, detail-focused work and take pride in keeping records clean and organised.

My strongest skills include data entry in Excel, invoice processing and verification, PDF to Excel or Word conversion, spreadsheet clean-up and formatting, product listing updates, document formatting and accuracy checking, record keeping, and file organisation.

I prefer written communication via the platform messaging system. I respond promptly during my working hours and keep clients updated on progress. I am not available for phone or video calls except by prior arrangement for essential matters.

Payment terms:
I am happy to work on both hourly and fixed-price projects. For fixed-price work, I prefer clear project scopes and milestones. For hourly work, I track time accurately and provide updates as needed.

Turnaround:
Turnaround depends on project size and complexity. I will always confirm realistic deadlines before starting and communicate promptly if anything changes.
