Work Terms

1.I can work 5 hours daily.
2.Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

3.Comply with data integrity and security policies

4.Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

5.Scan documents and print files, when needed

6.Keep information confidential

6.Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

7.Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

8.Apply data program techniques and procedures

9.Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.

10.I charge 50% advanced and 50% after work will done.
