About Me
I’m a strategic marketing and e-commerce professional with over six years of experience building digital growth engines and driving business performance. My sweet spot? Turning curiosity into engagement and engagement into measurable growth.
Work & Impact
• Most recently, I served as Admissions Lead at PSG Institute of Advanced Studies (part of the PSG Group) and managed full-cycle marketing operations for international education programs from lead generation and CRM workflows to social outreach and campaign analytics. During this tenure I helped deliver a ~47% conversion rate for core programs and achieved a ~42% year-on-year increase in digital lead conversions.
• Before that, I led e-commerce and logistics initiatives at OurBetterPlanet Pvt Ltd, where I streamlined shipping workflows for over 850 monthly orders and improved on-time delivery to ~98%.
