To accomplish this, I strictly follow the UX Design process which starts with User Research, Storyboarding and Design prototyping and Usability Testing to help and guide the product development Team.

Product & User research:
I believe without understanding the user and his problems and at the same without understanding the product business scope, we don't see any great product in the market.
User research helps to understand the story of people (users) lives and helps to understand their pains and problems, which helps to define key product opportunities.
Product strategy:
Defining product strategy is key decision making in product design life cycle. Once we understand the people and their problems. Same time we’ve got to know the business scope and priorities will help to identify the product tasks translated to product features. Based on this will create a design strategy with a complete design road map including design activities, deliverables, timeline and milestones.
Experience Design
Experience design, not the experience just from the system level or user interface level,
But the experience as a whole from the users, By focusing on end to end experience of a solution will bring great user experience for the product, which will lead customers to happiness and will win business in the market.
