 Handling escalations and taking critical business decisions as & when required.
 Forecasts workloads and resources required to manage activities of the department.
 End to end escalation management and implementing preventive action plan.
 Handling PMO activities like revenue forecasting, Invoicing, Off-Boarding and On Boarding
