Work Terms
Payment & Milestones: All projects are managed via SafePay with an agreed-upon initial deposit required to begin work. Remaining payments are released upon the completion of defined milestones, such as strategy approval or campaign launch. I include two rounds of revisions per deliverable; any requests exceeding this or falling outside the original project scope will be billed as an additional project or hourly add-on.
Communication & Delivery: I maintain a prompt response time for all inquiries sent through the Guru Message Center. Clients must provide all necessary permissions and creative approvals as needed to ensure the project stays on schedule. Upon final payment, full ownership of all digital assets is transferred to the client, while I retain the right to showcase anonymized results as portfolio case studies.
