Work Terms

Hours of Operation
I am generally available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for evening or weekend meetings depending on the project timeline. I also offer emergency or rush support on request.

Payment Terms:
- For fixed-price projects, I prefer to use Guru’s SafePay escrow system with milestone-based releases.
- For hourly work, I track time using Guru’s built-in time tracker or manually upon request.
- Invoices are typically issued weekly or per milestone, and I appreciate prompt release of funds once deliverables are approved.
- Custom payment structures (e.g., retainers or training bundles) can be discussed based on scope.

Preferred Communication:
- I respond to messages on Guru within 24 hours on weekdays.
- For active projects, I’m available for live updates via Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, depending on client preference.
- I provide regular updates, clear documentation, and a summary of key decisions or deliverables to ensure full transparency.

Project Engagement Style:
- I value clarity, trust, and iteration. I begin most projects with a brief discovery call or message exchange to clarify your goals, then work in structured phases (e.g., design, dev, test, deliver).
- For training or consulting sessions, I share pre-session outlines and post-session notes or recordings (if applicable).
- I’m used to collaborating with founders, technical teams, and business stakeholders alike — and I adapt my communication style accordingly.

Confidentiality & IP:
- I respect client confidentiality and can sign NDAs if needed.
- All work is custom-built and IP is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
