Work Terms
Communication:
All discussions will take place through Guru’s message board. For live collaboration, I’m available through online meeting tools upon request.
Response Time:
I usually reply within 2–4 hours during business days to maintain smooth communication.
Project Timeline:
Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. I’ll share a realistic estimate based on the size and complexity of the project.
Milestones & Deliverables:
Projects are divided into clear milestones with defined deliverables for full transparency and progress updates.
Revisions:
Each milestone includes up to two revisions. Any additional changes beyond the initial scope may include a small adjustment fee.
Payment Terms:
For projects extending beyond two weeks, a 25% initial payment is required, with the balance payable upon completion and approval of final work.
Rates:
My hourly rate ranges from $5 to $10. Fixed-price projects can be discussed based on your specific needs.
Confidentiality:
All client data and project details are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. I’m open to signing formal confidentiality agreements if required.
Feedback:
I highly value client feedback once the project is completed. It helps improve my services and supports a long-term professional relationship.
Scope of Work:
The scope will be clearly defined before we begin. Any extra requests or features can be added with mutual discussion and updated terms.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients are requested to share all necessary materials and timely feedback to ensure smooth project progress.
Contract Termination:
If the contract ends early, completed work up to that point will be shared, and a partial payment may apply depending on progress made.
