Work Terms
My working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I am unavailable on weekends and public holidays. Urgent projects outside of these hours may be considered with prior discussion and agreement.
A 50% deposit is required before starting any project, with the remaining 50% payable upon final delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal, and invoices should be settled within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.
A late fee of 5% per week may apply to overdue payments. For communication, I prefer email and aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.
