• Having 9.5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology, having in-depth knowledge in system study, analysis, design, development, build, deploy and implementation of SRM and EAM applications with different components.
• Experienced in Managing and Executing Proof of Concept, Requirement Gathering, as is- To be Process Mapping, Data Modelling, User Training, User Testing, Data Migration, and Go-Live with the strong understanding of Customer Needs and Wants.
• Experienced in overall 4 Maximo end to end implementations independently at client site with extensive client facing skills.
• Experienced working in projects which varies from small scale implementation to large scale implementation from the Maximo V6 to Maximo V7.6 and SCCD (Smart Cloud Control Desk) and ICD (IBM Control Desk )with New Service Portals.
• Hands-on experience on Maximo add-on’s Maximo Mobile ,SOC integration, IBM Netcool Monitoring,Node.js for Self Service Portal,BlueZzz.
• Knowledge on Maximo 6.x to 7.x upgradation and Integration of Maximo with external systems.
• Hands-on advanced troubleshooting on WebSphere.
• Hands on experience on ServiceNow/Snow configuration and scripting
• Good working experience with BIRT reporting and MBO customization and Automation Scripting.
• A resourceful and self-motivated professional with ability to work independently and as a team player with good communication and organizing skills.
