2.Webcast Program Coordinator: (Content Writer and event set up)
Responsible for collecting and writing the content and creating an event setup with the Partners, Principles and Directors of Deloitte and then formatting the slides in the form of PPT along with promotions and other creative enhancements. Responsible for editing the biographies of the presenters and webcast slides for punctuation, grammar and style. Edited content contributions from staff to ensure accuracy, readability and brand-consistent tonality.
Responsible for scheduling the calls with the presenter which includes two content calls and two rehearsal calls before the live webcast which includes providing instructions and constructive guidance to the presenters. Able to meet tight deadlines and work with subject matter experts, adapting their knowledge into stories, articles, summaries and more.
Responsible for being a producer of a live webcast in order to manage slides and technical support from the audience and checking the attendance. Later, preparing and sending a
pre and post-show communications and reports.
Responsible for working with coordinators to develop and implement marketing programs in support of the Dbriefs webcast series. Also, to monitor and analyze webcast trends from data in Dbriefs database.
In order to ensure any last minute changes / requests which can be made immediately prior to a live webcast. Also, to assist in other Dbriefs products such as videos and mobile when necessary.
Ensuring all Communication Excellence and Non-Communication Excellence learning requirements are completed within the deadlines.
3. Analyst for ISS: (Inbound)
Responsible for helping internal users if they have any issue related to business related applications. Work on the SAP application
