Hand-Coded Websites, Landing Pages & QR Digital Menus for Local Businesses | Mobile-First and Fast-Loading | Google Business Profile Setup & Local SEO

I build fast, mobile-first websites for small businesses - coffee shops, dental clinics, restaurants, and local service providers. Every site is hand-coded (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) rather than assembled from a page builder or theme, so it loads quickly and there's no plugin stack to maintain later.

My work covers four areas: new business websites (usually 1-5 pages), landing pages for a single offer or campaign, QR-code digital menus for cafes and restaurants, and Google Business Profile setup with local SEO basics - categories, hours, service areas, and a working review-request process.

You'll get a clear price and timeline before I start. One thing I want to be straight about: I don't promise specific search-ranking positions. Nobody can guarantee where Google places a site. What I do guarantee is a site that loads fast, works properly on phones, and is set up with the on-page SEO a local business actually needs.

I focus on new builds rather than repairs or migrations, and I don't take on e-commerce platforms or mobile apps.

Work Terms

Hours and time zone
I'm based in Turkey (GMT+3), which covers the European working day and early hours in the US. I check messages every weekday and reply within 24 hours, usually sooner.

Payment
I work through Guru SafePay. For projects over $200 I prefer two milestones - roughly half at the start, half on delivery - so neither of us carries all the risk. Smaller projects can be a single milestone.

How I work
Before starting I send you a short written scope: which pages, what's included, what isn't, and the delivery date. No surprises on either side.

I need your content (text, logo, photos) before the clock starts. If content arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same amount - and I'll tell you when that happens rather than quietly slipping.

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed scope. Anything outside that scope gets quoted before I do the work, not after.

Delivery
You get the full source files - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images. The site is yours: no license, no monthly fee to me, and nothing tied to my account.
