Work Terms

Availability & Hours
Standard Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST / UTC+5:30). Flexible to align with US, EU, or APAC client time zones as needed.
Availability: Available for both short-term project-based tasks and ongoing long-term dedicated roles (up to 30+ hours/week).
Emergency / On-Call Support: Available for critical production incidents by prior arrangement.
Payment & Agreement Terms
Fixed-Price Projects: Work is broken down into clear milestones. Payments released upon milestone completion via Guru SafePay.
Hourly Engagements: Tracked and billed weekly using Guru’s Time Tracker.
Scope Revisions: Any major additions outside the initial scope will be documented and estimated separately before execution.
Communication & Project Management
Primary Channels: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email, or Async communication.
Meetings & Syncs: Zoom or Google Meet for kickoff calls, sprint reviews, and status updates.
Documentation: All infrastructure setups, pipelines, and runbooks will be thoroughly documented in Confluence, GitHub/GitLab Wiki, or Notion.
