With over 8 years of experience in business process optimization, application support, and digital project delivery, I operate as a trusted external consultant, helping organizations structure, configure, and evolve their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.

I specialize in functional analysis, backlog management, Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and advanced configuration of Sales, Customer Service, and Field modules. I’ve contributed to international missions in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Tunisia, and Gabon, working remotely with distributed teams across Africa and Europe.
