• Multi-Layer PCB Layout: Altium Designer is my primary workspace. I route high-speed DDR3/4 memory, length-match USB/HDMI differential pairs, build compact HDI stackups, and keep EMC/EMI compliance tight.
• Embedded Systems & Wireless: Direct experience with STM32 (F1/F4/N6), Allwinner (H616/H313), ESP32, and Nordic nRF52 BLE SoCs. I also implement CAN bus, RS485, KNX, LoRaWAN, and Ethernet hardware interfaces.
• DFM & Fabrication Readiness: I build manufacturing rules right into the design process from day one. Deliverables include complete Gerber RS-274X packages, NC drill files, BOMs, and pick-and-place files prepped for JLCPCB or local assembly facilities.
