Hi! I’m Rea Itong.

I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Specialist, and Social Media Manager with years of experience helping businesses and creative teams stay organized, efficient, and visible online. I love turning complex tasks into smooth, manageable processes, whether it’s creating engaging social media content, designing professional PowerPoint presentations, managing data, or supporting client communications.

Over the years, I’ve worked with international teams, including Canada and the Philippines, handling projects from non-voice customer service to content creation and administration. I’m skilled in a wide range of tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office tools, Canva Pro, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Freshdesk, MailUp, and Trello, which help me keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results.

I value reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication, and I’m motivated by helping others succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring creative tools, learning new technologies, and finding ways to make everyday workflows more efficient. Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Flexible hours can be arranged to match the client’s preferred schedule.

Payment Terms:
My rate is $7/hour, and I am open to working with a client’s monthly budget.

Minimum project budget is based on the hours required (e.g., 5 hours = $35 minimum).

Payment is preferred via PayPal, Wise or Bank Transfer.

For ongoing projects, weekly or milestone payments are welcome.

Communication Style:
I respond promptly to emails, chat, or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Slack), and I am also available for meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

I provide regular updates on task progress and confirm any questions before proceeding.

Clear, respectful, and timely communication is my priority.

Additional Notes:

I strive for accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality results in every project. I am open to both short-term tasks and long-term collaborations, whether part-time or full-time.
