For more than five years, I worked as a Customer Service and Support Representative both in the call center industry and from the home set-up. I have acquired good communication skills, both orally and in writing.

Moreover, I had worked as an Accounting Financial Assistant/Bookkeeper for 2 years and 7 months utilizing Xero accounting software. I am not an accounting graduate, but I am a teacher by profession, and I was given the opportunity to learn and explore the fundamentals of accounting.
