From 2016 to 2024, I worked as a Dispatch Manager for a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company at Cyber Systems. My responsibilities included coordinating drivers and patient transportation, scheduling appointments, communicating with clients and healthcare facilities, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Since 2024, I have been working as a freelance Virtual Assistant, providing customer support, email management, data entry, internet research, community engagement, and administrative assistance to clients.
