I am writing this letter because I believe in my experience and expertise in the areas of Hotel and Resort
industries as well in Management position. I am an employee and professional who has played a major role in
promoting the growth, profitability, hospitality, humility and image of every company I have worked. Now I
would bring my abilities in Planning, Leading, organizing, controlling, and communicating skills, or any of my
knowledge to work for your company.
From November 2004 to November 2007 working in a 5 star Hotel in Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dubai UAE for 2
years as a Receptionist/Cashier (Front Office Dept.) and 1 year as a Reception/Executive Club Floor Shift
Leader (Front Office Dept), From December 2007-March 2008 I worked as a Receptionist (FO Dept) at
Shangri-La Hotel Dubai for 3 months as a Receptionist (Front Office Dept). From August 2010- Dec 15, 2016
for 6years I worked as a General Manager at Hannah’s Beach Resort and Convention Center including Surfville
Camp and Hannah’s Beach Resort Premium Suite, a total of 300 Villas and Suites with 9 dormitories. Handling
almost 200 to 300 employees for peak and Lean season with 9departments (Front Office, Marketing & Sales,
Housekeeping, Amenities, F& B, Human Resource, Accounting & Finance, Logistics, and Physical Plant).
Hands on and make sure that the Front Office, F&B, and Sales & Marketing are properly generating income.
My diplomatic and flexible experience has provided me with strong and understanding attitude especially when
dealing with the management team, staff as well as with the demanding and unreasonable guest. I am able to
communicate clearly and willing to help others. In my present position, in addition to serving with my pleasant
appearance, and warm personality to create a good impression to the guest, I have consistently ensured to my
ability to prove a commitment for a better service and satisfaction of the Company.
