Hi! I have been working in the human resource space for about 15 years. I have worked for very large, mature organizations and have also been hired into a growing company with few processes, policies, and procedures. This experience has allowed me to be well-rounded not just from a compliance standpoint but culture as well. There is no cookie cutter approach or one-size fits all solution for organizations. Through the completion of my master’s degree, SHRM-SCP certification, and practical applications, I feel that I am a great choice to help your organization meet its people goals. It sounds trite, but the aiding the success of other is my purpose and passion.
