Work Process:
I prefer a structured and transparent workflow.
1. Initial discussion to understand the client’s HR needs and scope (Policies, Compliance, Analytics, Documentation, etc.)
2. Agreement on deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
3. Draft submission for feedback and revisions.
4. Final delivery in agreed formats (Word, Excel, PDF, Power BI).
💰 Payment Terms:
For small projects: 100% payment upon completion and approval.
For large projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery.
All payments to be processed securely through Guru’s SafePay system.
⏱️ Availability:
Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
Flexible hours for urgent or international projects.
📁 Communication & Updates:
Regular updates via Guru messages or WhatsApp (as preferred).
Response time: within 12 hours or sooner.
🔒 Confidentiality:
All shared company data, employee information, and HR documents remain strictly confidential and used only for project purposes.
📑 Revisions:
Up to 2 rounds of revisions included to ensure client satisfaction.
Additional revisions can be discussed if required.
