Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation
Available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (flexible based on project needs)
Can adjust overlap hours for US/UK/EU time zones as required
2. Communication
Preferred platforms:
Guru WorkRoom (primary)
Slack or Telegram (for real-time discussions, if needed)
Zoom/Google Meet (for milestone demos or planning calls)
Response time: within 12 hours on working days
3. Payment Terms
Project secured via Guru SafePay (Escrow)
Milestone-based payments:
30% upfront
40% mid-project (on core integration)
30% on final delivery & approval
All invoices will be raised via Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency
4. Code Delivery & Support
Source code and documentation delivered at each milestone
Post-delivery support included for 1 week (bug fixes, minor tweaks)
Extended support or new feature requests can be negotiated separately
5. Confidentiality & IP
All work is 100% confidential
Intellectual property and source code will be transferred to the client upon full payment
