An Experienced, Personable, Efficient, Proactive Virtual Executive Assistant with over 20 years of Corporate America Experience and 5 years of Paralegal Experience in Real Estate Law.

Gradually more and more of my work in a physical office went online so it was a natural evolution in my career to change to doing all my work virtually. From my earliest jobs in the 1990's when computers first began to be integrated into businesses, through my administrative and executive assisting work which always involved some internet based activities to my most recent work which has been entirely virtual: as times have changed, so have I! Virtual assistance work is a natural for me. I have always been highly organized and systematic, detail-oriented and tireless in completing tasks that others might find too complex or demanding. I was the kid whose room was always perfectly organized, whose office desk was always full but utterly orderly. In balance with this Spock-like efficiency, I have always been they guy others turn to when creativity or fun are required. I have always had a love for cooking and even pursued training in culinary arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in NY and worked as a pastry chef for awhile at some amazing restaurants in NY and NJ. Now that I live in Hawaii, I still enjoy cooking, for fundraisers at my church or for friends. I have developed organic vegetable and herb gardens at my house and supplement what I grow with produce and foods from our local farmers' market. Although I can't virtually cater, the balance that gardening and cooking provide in my life makes me a healthier and stronger assistant.

Work Terms

I offer a range of services and charge between $15 - $40 per hour with a three hour minimum depending on your project or task. Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be paid in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail and are payable via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal or by check via postal mail. Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. The final project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of balance due.
Retainer Rates: Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services, on the first of each month. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. I encourage clients who opt for a retainer package to discuss with me how I can best help you utilize all hours purchased. Reserve 5 hours for a discount of 5%.
Reserve 10 hours for a discount of 10%.Reserve 20 hours for discount of 15%.
Additional Fees: I am able to complete projects from a professional home office fully stocked with all necessary technology and resources. However, some projects may accrue extra fees for items such as paper, ink cartridges, postal fees, envelopes, courier costs, long-distance charges, travel time and expenses, unique software and any other office supplies specific to the your needs. Clients will be advised of any additional fees beyond the contracted rate. Projects that require work outside of normal business hours or holidays may be subject to additional fee which is always identified in advance. Communication is according to the client's preference: phone, skype, email, texts, or a combination of any of these.
