My name is Rona, I started freelancing in 2018 as a Virtual Assistant in an Online Ordering Company based in Santa Clara, CA. As a VA I gained knowledge and experience in Data Entry tasks and handling customers on the phone. I also improved my English communication skills when I entered the Online Teaching Industry. As a Home-based worker, I dreamed of having a stable and enough salary so I came out of my comfort zone which was being an Online Teacher and I tried entering the Real Estate industry. Luckily, I was hired as a Real Estate Cold Caller here in Upwork and I gained more skills like handling inbound and outbound calls, setting up appointments, skip tracing leads, email management and many more.

I am detail-oriented and will go above and beyond to complete all tasks on hand. I pride myself on my high-level of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively. One of my strengths at work lately has been quickly getting up-to-speed on technologies, techniques, tools, or skills that I've never encountered before. I'm adaptable and flexible, I don't get easily frustrated, and I grasp new concepts and assignments quickly.
