My Standard Work Terms:
I aim to make working together easy, transparent, and completely risk-free for you. Here is how I operate:
Hours of Availability: 30–40 hours per week. I am highly flexible and can align my working hours with your specific time zone for seamless communication.

Communication Preferred: I prefer communicating directly through the Guru Workroom messages or integrated chat to keep all project requirements and updates documented in one safe place.

Payment Method: I prefer fixed-price milestones via Guru Safepay. For larger projects, we will break the task down into smaller milestones (e.g., 25% on data cleaning, 50% on model development, 25% on final deployment and delivery). You only release funds when you are 100% satisfied with the work.

Revisions Policy: I provide up to 3 rounds of free revisions on any codebase delivered, ensuring the final script performs exactly as requested in our initial agreement.

Code Handover: All final code is delivered via well-documented Python scripts (.py), Jupyter Notebooks (.ipynb), or private GitHub repositories depending on your preference.
