1. Revisions:
I offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure your complete satisfaction.

2. Delivery Time:
Typical turnaround time is 3–7 business days per project, depending on complexity. Rush delivery can be arranged upon request.

3. Payment Terms:

50% upfront for new clients or large projects (negotiable)

Remaining 50% upon project completion and approval

Payment via Guru SafePay or agreed platform

4. File Delivery:
Final files will be delivered in AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and other formats as needed. All files are print-ready and high-resolution.

5. Communication:
I maintain clear and prompt communication via Guru messages, email, or preferred platform throughout the project.

6. Copyright & Ownership:
Once full payment is received, all designs and source files become your property. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellation Policy:
Projects may be cancelled with mutual agreement. Partial payment may apply for work already completed.
