I worked hand in hand with the creators of the e-commerce store, which sells products in Colombia, Portugal, and Spain. We handled business data transcription, customer service, support, and logistics to ensure the satisfactory delivery and receipt of their orders, also as an agricultural engineer, I was part of the team, developing my professional skills and expertise, my initiative, and my extensive technical knowledge

My responsibilities include managing documentation, organizing schedules and meetings, handling telephone and email communications, maintaining records, and assisting different departments with daily administrative tasks.
I focus on improving workflow organization, data entry, maintaining accurate filing systems, report preparation, document management and record keeping, calendar and meeting coordination.
