I am a Senior Customer Service representative with 10+ years of experience in luxury retail and international call center environments.
I have worked with premium brands such as Christian Dior, as well as tech startups, including N26 in Berlin. Most recently, I spent nearly three years at SketchUp as a Senior Customer Service Representative.
Being the first point of contact for French clients and a bridge between teams in America and the sales teams in France.
I have also held roles in sales, management, recruitment, and senior-level customer service, allowing me to understand both customer expectations and business objectives. am experienced in remote work, global customers, and complex case resolution.

I support companies through monthly collaborations (40–80h) to ensure stable, high-quality customer service.
