About

I am currently a PhD student in food engineering. I have 7 years of
laboratory experience. I did my master's degree on meat. My PhD
thesis is on the effect of vegetable protein hydrolysate on toxic
substances formed during cooking of meat. I worked as a production
engineer in a dairy factory for 3 years. I was also the hygiene quality
manager at the factory. I was doing the necessary analyses and
controls throughout the entire process from the moment the milk
arrived at the factory to the final product journey. I was documenting
this with HACCP. I have both industry and academy experience.
Each individual has a unique purpose in life and finding happiness in
this journey is crucial. My adventure so far has been about improving
myself, learning new things and bringing more benefits to where I
am. My inquisitive personality always encouraged me to learn new
things and this allowed me to gain more experience on this journey.
