About

I have recently relocated to San Francisco, California from Denver, CO after completing a masters program and 8 years of my academic career. I have 10+years of administrative support experience working both for large and small businesses, a university setting, entrepreneurs, CEO's and business executives and families. I have been a personal/virtual assistant for the last 4 years assisting business executives, families, life coaches, musicians, artists, authors, spiritual practitioners, and speakers internationally. Prior to this, I worked in contracting positions for staffing and recruiting, office manager and coordinator roles, reception and file clerk positions. Additionally, I have 13 years of leadership experience working with teens and young adults from the US, Ukraine and Egypt.

My virtual assistant support work has allowed me to travel and support clients abroad, however, I am seeking a more consistent and full-time opportunity for stability and to support families such as yourselves who need a bit more time back in their day to truly enjoy life. I do indeed love the flexibility and supplemental income as I navigate my next career steps.

I have a keen eye for detail, am reliable and confident, well organized and professional in my communications. I am very personable and a self-starter. I have a solid work ethic and friendly demeanor, excited to work through new challenges and am diligent in completing tasks. My experiences in the staffing and recruiting world prepared me for a variety of business environments with diverse personalities and styles. I am familiar with mac based applications and social media platforms as well.

Work Terms

I work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and on some weekends. My pay is per hour or project depending on the scope of the project. My fees range from $20-$35 per hour. Compensation is typically made through PayPal or by check 7 days after invoice is submitted.
