Work Terms

General Workflow I operate with a structured, milestone-based approach to ensure transparency and quality delivery. I am a Senior Consultant, and I value my time as much as I value your project.

1. Communication

All communication must take place via the platform (Guru/Ureed) to maintain a record of agreements.

I am available during business hours (GMT+3). While I strive to reply quickly, please allow up to 12 hours for a response outside of business hours.

I do not conduct voice calls before a project scope is clearly defined in writing.

2. Payments & Milestones

SafePay/Escrow: Work begins only after the agreed milestone is fully funded in SafePay/Escrow. No exceptions.

Releases: Payments must be released immediately upon the delivery and approval of the milestone.

3. Scope & Revisions

Scope: The project scope is defined by the initial agreement. Any additional feature requests (feature creep) outside the original scope will be quoted separately.

Bug Fixes: I provide a 14-day warranty period after delivery to fix any bugs related to my code free of charge.

Changes: Revisions refer to tweaks within the original scope, not new functionality.

4. Code & Ownership

Upon full payment, you own 1000% of the source code and intellectual property.

I deliver clean, documented, and standard-compliant code (TensorFlow models, n8n workflows, Mobile source code).
