Work Terms (Corporate Version):

Availability:
I am available for both project-based and long-term engagements. Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, with limited availability on weekends for urgent requests or pre-scheduled milestones.

Turnaround Time:
Typical delivery time for standard video projects is 3–5 business days. Complex or longer-form videos may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly at the outset of the project.

Communication Protocol:
All communications will be conducted through Guru's messaging platform . I am committed to responding within 24 hours during business days. Regular progress updates will be provided to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Payment Terms:

Payments are facilitated via SafePay for security and transparency.

For projects exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon final delivery.

Revision rounds are included as outlined in each service tier. Additional revisions can be provided at a standard hourly rate or a fixed fee, depending on scope.

Deliverables:
Final video files will be delivered in .MP4 format (1080p or 4K, depending on request), via Guru or a secure Google Drive link. All assets used are royalty-free and compliant with YouTube monetization guidelines.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:
All client materials and communications are treated with strict confidentiality. NDAs can be executed upon request. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
