I work with clients worldwide and am available Monday–Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones (UTC+4, Armenia).
Payment: I work through Guru SafePay. Milestone funding is required before work begins. For larger projects, I split the work into milestones for mutual security.
Turnaround: Depends on project scope — typically 2–5 business days for short promos, 1–2 weeks for complex productions. Rush delivery available upon request.
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included. Additional rounds billed separately.
Communication: Prefer written briefs and reference materials upfront. I respond within 24 hours on business days. Video calls available for project kickoffs.
Files: Final deliverables delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer in agreed formats (MP4, MOV, etc.). Source files available for an additional fee.
