I have expertized at KPI development, staff motivation, systems implementation, procedure development, process optimization, stock control, warehouse management and many other spheres.
Moreover, I was lucky to work for HSBC bank in Scotland, India and Kazakhstan, so I have a broad view of banking operations and recent trends.
Currently, I own Retail Solutions company which is dealing with retail business management, development and control (pieces of training, sales improvement, stock and operations optimization, warehouse and logistics activities automation, etc.)
As for the background, I have several business-related degrees, including bachelor degree in Economics and Masters degree in Strategic Supply Chain management.
Few more useful assets are my deep experience and knowledge of CIS-countries business management and relationship -building specifics, macros writing, development of specific and applied Excel solutions.
Work Terms
