Work Terms

• Rate: $10 USD/hour, with a 10-hour/week minimum commitment.

• Hours & Time Zone: Available 09:00-23:00 (GMT +5) with generous overlap for US & EU teams; responses within 6 hours (max 24 hours).

• Communication: Upwork messages, Slack, or email; optional weekly Zoom/Meet syncs.
