As an IT Systems and JIRA Administrator, I harness my expertise in IT management to optimize and secure diverse technology environments. My background in network engineering and IT provides a solid foundation for my current role, where I manage critical IT systems and services.

I handle MS 365 administration, ensuring smooth user management and integration across Microsoft services. This involves managing user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting issues to maintain productivity and collaboration. In SharePoint management, I configure and maintain the platform to streamline document management and enhance team collaboration, adapting it to meet evolving organizational needs.

Server maintenance is another key area of my role. I oversee server health, performance, and security, ensuring systems run efficiently and are protected against vulnerabilities. My troubleshooting skills are essential for diagnosing and resolving technical problems swiftly, minimizing downtime, and keeping operations seamless.

In the realm of cloud services, I manage Azure operations, focusing on resource allocation, cost management, and securing cloud infrastructure. This includes overseeing virtual machines (VMs) to ensure they are optimally configured and scalable, supporting a flexible and reliable IT infrastructure.

JIRA administration is crucial to my role. I customize and manage JIRA to streamline project management and issue tracking. This involves setting up workflows, dashboards, and user support to enhance project visibility and team efficiency. By tailoring JIRA to our needs, I help ensure that projects are tracked accurately and completed on schedule.

My transition from a Dedicated Network Engineer to an IT Systems and JIRA Administrator reflects my commitment to leveraging technology for organizational success. My experience in network engineering equips me with a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, enabling me to optimize performance and implement robust security measures effectively.

Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term Jira projects. I typically respond within 24 hours and work Monday to Saturday (Pakistani time zone), but I am flexible for client needs across different time zones.

Payment Terms:
Payment can be set up as per milestone delivery, hourly rate, or a fixed-price model — depending on the project scope. I use SafePay through Guru for secure and transparent transactions.

Communication:
I prefer to communicate via Guru messages for record-keeping. I'm also open to Zoom/Google Meet for project discussions when needed.

Project Process:
Each project begins with a requirements gathering session. After understanding the business goals, I’ll provide a structured Jira implementation or support plan. Progress updates are shared regularly.

Revisions & Support:
I offer revisions to ensure client satisfaction within the scope. Post-deployment support is available for bug fixes, training, or further configuration as agreed.

Confidentiality:
Client data and project details are treated with complete confidentiality. I am happy to sign NDAs if required.
