I've been working from home for about 2 years now. In that time I have worked as a Debt Counselor for the majority of that time, where my principal responsibilities were sales orientated as well as customer service. Not only would I have to sell potential clients on the idea of entering into one of our programs, I would often also have to talk them down being that they only contacted us when they were most desperate. I had to present to them the light at the end of the tunnel which could be anywhere from 3 to 5 years off while most people wanted an immediate resolution. I have a very easy going phone demeanor and I get along well with people. I'm also very adaptable and a quick learner.
