Work Terms

PROFESSIONAL WORK TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. Project Initiation & Scope of Work:
Before starting any project—whether it is a 5G Drive Test analysis, MapInfo plotting, or advanced Excel data coordination—I require a clear brief. This includes raw data files (Logs, CSVs, Images), specific site ID lists, and the desired output format. Any changes to the original scope after the project has started may require a re-evaluation of the timeline and budget.

2. Payment Structure (SafePay Only):
To ensure a secure transaction for both parties, I strictly work via Guru’s SafePay system.

Fixed-Price Projects: I require the funds to be deposited into SafePay before I begin the work. For larger projects, we can divide the total cost into manageable milestones (e.g., Data Extraction, Analysis, and Final Reporting).

Hourly Projects: I provide detailed time-tracking to ensure transparency in the hours spent on complex technical analysis.

3. Quality Assurance & Revisions:
Precision is the backbone of my service. I perform multiple quality checks to ensure that site IDs (like BAGHARSANGAM/NAKHUTI_ZC), signal parameters (RSRP/SINR), and coordinate mappings are 100% accurate.

I offer unlimited minor revisions to ensure the formatting and layout meet your standards.

For major changes that were not part of the initial agreement, a small additional fee may be discussed.

4. Data Confidentiality & Security:
I understand the sensitivity of telecommunications data and personal documents. I guarantee that:

Your technical logs and project details will never be shared with third parties.

I am fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for long-term or high-security projects.

All raw files provided will be deleted from my system upon successful project completion and payment release, if requested.
