I'm Shaimaa Alhossan, a professional translator, voice over artist, and subtitler. I have about ten years of experience in translation from English into Arabic and vice versa with perfect quality in general, legal, economic and educational texts. I got the Foundation Certificate in translation and interpreting from the AUC. Moreover, I'm studying to get the professional diploma from the AUC until now. I have participated in translating books before. Moreover, I came the first in the "Best Translator" competition organized by the Arabic Translation and Inter-cultural Dialogue Association (ATIDA), September 2010.
As regards CAT tools, I'm skillful at using Trados 2007, SDL Trados Stuio 2011, 2014 2015, Translation Workspace, MemoQ. I'm a native Arabic-speaker and fluent in spoken and written English. I transform your idea into creative masterpiece work with an excellent quality. I do my best to ensure that my work meets employer's expectations as customer satisfaction is what I seek.
I have one year experience in voice over and subtitling. I have subtitled many educational videos and documentaries with high quality. I'm skillful at using Subtitle Edit. Also, I'm a talented voice over artist and my voice can convey your message in a professional attractive way. I'm skillful at doing several Arabic voice over styles such as e-learning programs, documentaries, audio books, TV/Radio Ads, etc. All of my projects are registered in a professional studios. I skillful at using Audacity.
