Work Terms

These terms outline my working standards to ensure smooth, transparent, and professional collaboration with all clients.

1. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Guru.com using the platform’s SafePay system for the protection of both parties. Work begins once the agreed milestone or hourly contract is funded. For hourly projects, billing is recorded and submitted weekly unless otherwise discussed. For fixed-price tasks, payment is due upon completion of each milestone or deliverable. Late approvals or delayed payments may pause ongoing work until the account is settled. If additional tasks arise that fall outside the original agreement, a revised quote or new milestone will be created before proceeding. All rates are based on the scope of the project, urgency, and complexity.

2. Hours of Operation
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (your time zone or mine—based on agreement). During these hours, I am fully available for active work, updates, and communication. Weekends and holidays are generally reserved for personal time; however, urgent work or weekend availability can be arranged in advance at an additional rate. Turnaround times vary depending on workload, but I always strive to meet agreed deadlines and provide transparent updates if timelines need adjustment.

3. Preferred Communication Style
Clear and timely communication is essential for a successful working partnership. I prefer to communicate through Guru.com Messages, as it keeps all project details organized and accessible within the platform. For more detailed discussions, I also support email or scheduled video/voice calls when required. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days. To avoid misunderstandings, all instructions, revisions, and approvals should be provided in writing.
