I've successfully led customer support teams in U.S.-based companies such as Flip (Humans, Inc.) and Curated. Where I oversaw daily operations, managed escalations, and coached teams to meet & exceed the service level. Prior to this, I’ve strengthened my expertise in billing at Upland Software and Teresita L. Jalandoni Provincial Hospital, ensuring accuracy and compliance while fostering strong client and patient relationships.
