I am a dedicated and trustworthy Customer Service Associate and Data Entry Specialist with years of experience in other complimentary fields (i.e, Sales, Marketing and Public Relations and HR). With my diverse range of skills and experience, I consider myself multifaceted and therefore very resourceful.
My objectives as a freelancer include but are not limited to, developing my current skills while learning new ones, contributing to the growth of any organization I embark on projects with and gaining financial independence while working from the comfort of my home. With these objectives, I guarantee you that I strive only for 100% client satisfaction.
My strongest skills are Public Relations, Data Entry, Customer Service and Human Resource Development. I am a graduate of The University of the West Indies with a BSc in Social Work minor in Communication. Additionally, I have completed courses in Data Entry, Marketing and Insurance Sales. As a bonus, I am versed in the use of Microsoft office, PeachTree (and other accounting software), FreshDesk and the predominant forums used for Social Media. Cumulatively, I have experienced and mastered these areas for 10 years. I am currently very flexible with my work schedule. I am looking for both part time and full time projects that compliment my skills and areas of expertise.
