Work Terms
As a professional freelancer on Guru.com, I follow platform guidelines to ensure smooth and secure collaboration. My aim is to deliver high-quality work with transparency, respect, and timely communication.
🕒 Hours of Operation
1. I am available Saturday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (GMT+6).
2. I can adjust availability for urgent or time-sensitive tasks based on mutual agreement.
3. All work is planned and managed according to the approved project schedule and milestones.
💰 Payment Terms
1. I accept payments exclusively through Guru.com’s SafePay system to protect both parties.
2. For fixed-price projects, payments should be funded in SafePay and released upon approval of each milestone or final delivery.
3. For hourly jobs, I log time using Guru’s TimeTracker or submit manual time logs with detailed descriptions.
4. Invoices will be submitted according to project agreements, and I appreciate prompt releases after client review and satisfaction.
💬 Communication Preferences
1. I prefer to communicate via Guru’s messaging system for record-keeping and compliance with platform policies.
2. For detailed discussions or updates, I’m available to schedule meetings via Zoom, Google Meet when needed.
3. Response time is generally within a few hours, and always within 24 hours.
