An experienced learning & development professional specialized in professional and leadership skills development. Core competencies are in leading interventions that involve training, developing and coaching staff, senior staff and manager & above level professionals on variety of skills and competencies within the professional and leadership framework. Have led workshops focused on enabling performance, leadership and management effectiveness, large group and long term interventions, and competency-based manager development.

1. Managing the learning function of groups under Global & Technology – ITS, Finance & SME Group covering over 2200 professionals
2. Leading implementation of the L&D strategy to build capability of team members through the development and delivery of effective, innovative and engaging development and compliance based programs and support
3. Performing development needs analysis with key stake holders and mapping these to the competency framework categorizing under Technical, Industrial, Professional and Leadership (TIPL) skills
4. Design, develop, plan and deliver multi-tiered learning interventions for professional. This includes training programs, coaching sessions, simulation training, virtual sessions, understudy/shadow sessions, panel discussions, teach back sessions and follow through sessions.
5. Coordinating the development and implementation of strategies and learning solutions to meet the continuous improvement needs of the organization and the target audience. Effective, innovative and engaging programs delivered in a variety of ways to support a national workforce.
6. Developing and implementing strategies and programs to support the continuous improvement of Core leadership skills and leadership capability, influence and staff engagement
7. Leading the development of all staff with practical L&D solutions, ensure that skills, competence and overall performance are measurably improved and maintained
