Hi, I’m Simão, a tech-savvy student based in Switzerland who loves computers, consoles and online shopping. I help everyday users solve practical problems with their devices and digital life in a simple, friendly way.

Work Terms
• Availability: mainly evenings and weekends in Central European Time (CET), with some flexibility during the day.
• Communication: I prefer Guru messages and chat. For technical sessions I can use screen-sharing or remote-support tools (for example AnyDesk), with your permission.
• Languages: I can work in Portuguese, French or English.
• Payments: all payments are processed securely through Guru. I do not accept payments outside the platform.
• Scope: I only use legal software and official system features. I do not install pirated programs, online cheats, hacks or anything that violates terms of service.
• Security: I never store your passwords. When I need to see you logging in, I recommend typing passwords yourself. You are free to change them again after the session.
• Deliverables: for each job I provide a short summary of what was done and, when useful, simple instructions to maintain or repeat the process.
