Work Terms

1️⃣ Project Scope & Requirements

All work is executed based on the mutually agreed project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Any change or addition beyond the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional cost.

2️⃣ Communication & Approvals

Project communication is handled through agreed channels . Client feedback and approvals are required at defined stages to ensure timely delivery.

3️⃣ Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on initial requirements and client responsiveness. Delays in approvals, content, or acces may impact delivery schedules.

4️⃣ Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as per the selected package or agreement. Major changes, redesigns, or new features beyond scope are treated as additional work.

5️⃣ Payment Terms

Payments are structured as per platform rules or agreed milestones. Monthly services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified. Delayed payments may pause work until settlement.

6️⃣ Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, assets, and required acces (domain, hosting, accounts) in a timely manner.

7️⃣ Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs such as hosting, domains, paid tools, plugins, or ad spend are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

8️⃣ Confidentiality

All client information, data, and project details are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent.

9️⃣ Ownership & Handover

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the agreed deliverables, excluding third-party tools or licenses governed by their own terms.

🔟 Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is limited to the scope defined in the project or package. Ongoing support or maintenance can be provided under a separate agreement.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed
